Weekly Winners receive immediate recognition and enter the Hall of Fame. Everyone with at least 1 valid eligible participation remains an Annual Grand Prize candidate. The Annual Grand Prize is the ultimate year-end opportunity, and one Annual Winner receives the Annual Grand Prize.
IBARA is currently engaging telecommunications providers, financial institutions, and other potential partners to present the Annual Grand Prize. The default prize is a US$1,000 cash award; the final value and sponsoring partner will be officially announced once a partnership is confirmed.

How many competitions are there?
One. IBARA runs a single continuous annual challenge. Everything you share during the year feeds into that one challenge — there are no separate daily, weekly, monthly or yearly competitions to keep track of.
How do I take part each day?
Share moments whenever you like, guided by the current theme or daily prompt — right now it's “A moment of joy”. Daily participation feeds straight into the ongoing annual competition.
How is the Weekly Winner chosen?
At the end of each weekly competition period, eligible submissions are ranked using votes, engagement, authenticity and our anti-cheating checks. IBARA admins review the top candidates and confirm one Weekly Winner.
What does a Weekly Winner receive?
Weekly recognition, not a promised cash amount: The official Weekly Winner title and badge; A shareable digital Winner Card; Permanent induction into the IBARA Hall of Fame; A Community Reward Points bonus. Community cash rewards are distributed separately through the revenue-backed monthly Community Reward Pool — they are never guaranteed.
Is there a monthly winner?
Not in the current model. IBARA has deliberately kept the structure simple for launch: weekly recognition and one Annual Grand Prize. Monthly recognition may be introduced later.
Do I have to win a week to compete for the Annual Grand Prize?
No. This is important: the Annual Grand Prize is NOT restricted to Weekly Winners. Every participant with at least one valid, approved, eligible entry during the annual period stays a candidate. You don't have to win every week to dream of winning the year.
How is the Annual Winner selected?
The selection mechanism is configurable and currently set to: Combined ranking, jury and community engagement. The winner is not simply the person who submitted the most photos — spamming submissions does not help you win.
What is the Annual Grand Prize?
The Annual Grand Prize is awarded to one Annual Winner. It is currently a US$1,000 cash award by default, funded through the platform or an official sponsorship partnership. The final prize value and partner details will be announced once our official Annual Grand Prize Partner is confirmed.
