Terms of Service

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• One person, one account. Accounts created to inflate points or referrals will be removed.
• You must meet the minimum age requirement in your country, and be at least 13.

Your content

You keep ownership of your original content. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of your content to KfixNow Ltd. By posting, you grant KfixNow Ltd, operator of IBARA, a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, reproduce where necessary, resize, format, distribute and promote your content through IBARA and in IBARA's promotional material, with attribution to you. This licence ends when you delete the content, except where it has already been used in published material.

You confirm that you have the right to share what you upload and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Acceptable use

• No harassment, hate speech, threats or targeted abuse.
• No sexual content involving minors, and no non-consensual intimate imagery — ever.
• No stolen, AI-passed-off-as-photography, or misattributed work.
• No automated traffic, bots, click farms, fake accounts or point manipulation.
• No illegal activity, scams or malware.

Points and rewards

• Points measure contribution. They are not currency, they have no fixed cash value, and they cannot be bought, sold or transferred.
• Any reward estimate shown in the app is an estimate, not a promise. Rewards depend on IBARA's actual monthly revenue after costs and reserves.
• IBARA may reduce or pause reward allocation to protect the platform's financial safety.
• Points obtained through fraud may be frozen or reversed, and repeat abuse may end your account.
• Withdrawals are only available for an approved payable balance that reaches the published minimum payout threshold, under the applicable Platform Rules, the Creator Participation and Monetization Agreement and IBARA's payout controls, and are subject to review.

Creator earnings and payouts

Creator earnings and payouts are governed by IBARA's applicable Platform Rules and the Creator Participation and Monetization Agreement, which forms part of the contractual framework between the user and KfixNow Ltd where creator earnings or payouts are involved.

A monetary payout requires acceptance of the current applicable version of the Creator Participation and Monetization Agreement.

Sponsored content

Sponsored challenges and campaigns are clearly labelled. Sponsor-funded prizes are administered separately from the Community Reward Pool and are governed by the terms published with each campaign.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You can close your account at any time from your profile settings or by contacting support.

Disclaimers and liability

IBARA is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of expected rewards.

Changes to these terms

We will notify the community of material changes. Continuing to use IBARA after a change means you accept the updated terms.
